The author of this website is William (Bill) Duggan, a 58-year-old resident of the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Currently he is a civilian employee of a police department, working as a Communications Operator (9-1-1), which provides him an “interesting” perspective on life in the city today.
He was born and raised on Long Island, NY, the oldest of 6 children. He is a graduate of Fordham University with a degree in Social Sciences, after first spending 2 years at St. Louis University. He and his first wife raised 4 boys in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. After they were divorced he remarried some years later and moved to the Valley of the Sun.
His work background includes a wide range from paperboy, to working in a heat treatment plant, to limousine chauffeur, to business consultant (from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurs), to airline ramp employee who rose to Customer Service Manager before retiring.
